My magnesium mist is an organic healing spray, made from magnesium chloride flakes, distilled water and witch hazel. 

This blend is completely unscented!

[[ APPLICATION ]] --- Apply 5 to 10 sprays topically. Recommended to spray mist on the soles of your feet. You can also spray in your armpits and on your stomach.
